Hey there!  My name is Marcus Wieberg and I just finished building my eco dream house.  It’s remote, environmentally sound, and self sustaining thanks to my small off grid wind power system.  I put it together fairly inexpensively after dealing with problem after problem with getting a reliable alternate energy vendor on site.  Obviously I wasn’t going to bring in grid power since that would be against my principles.

I was going to document my entire home building process but that turned out to be more than I could handle, so I decided to just document what I did for wind power instead since going grid-free was one of the big goals of the entire project.  Just to whet the whistle, here’s a picture of my new home!
